Our largest package to date: services and external works across a 4-acre school site, delivered to a fixed Ofsted-readiness deadline.

• 250m twin duct runs for fire and data cabling

• 100m new water supply between buildings

• 300m new armoured cabling run to new gates and lighting bollards

• Existing service mains exposed for adaptation

• 425m² resin bound gravel car park

• 150m² tarmac playground and 45m² new tarmac footpath, plus footpath repairs and a widened gate entrance

• 85m² block paving

• Pad foundations for gate brick piers, bollard bases, manhole covers and ACO channels

• Constraints: multiple trades on site, Ofsted deadline, successive heatwaves and restricted access, managed with compact plant and our own team
